Project Manager

What you bring to the team:

• Proven experience in project management roles within the tech industry, preferably in blockchain, software development, or related fields

• Experience with managing teams of software development

• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proficiency in English

• Experience with project management software/tools

What you will do:

• Overseeing project timelines, resources, and deliverables for multiple initiatives related to blockchain, NFT and NFC technology

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (IT, Design, Business Development) to ensure project objectives are met on time and within scope

• Planning, executing, and controlling project activities, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies

• Managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and reporting on project progress to stakeholders

• Facilitating effective communication and coordination between team members, ensuring alignment with project goals

• Providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in the NFT, NFC, or blockchain space

• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum)

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
