Head of Community

What you will do:

• Manage a team of community moderators

• Develop and maintain the community

• Plan fun events and contests for the community

• Share product and company updates with the community

• Manage, engage, and grow the community across various platforms including Discord, Telegram and Twitter

• Establish and enforce community guidelines to foster a safe, inclusive environment

• Lead and manage a team of community moderators, including resource allocation, scheduling, supervising performance, and providing continual feedback

• Identify actionable community insights and market opportunities with the marketing team

• Develop and execute high-level community growth and engagement strategies, with ongoing assessment and optimization against initial plans. Collaborate with the marketing and product team to ideate and coordinate community promotions and campaigns

• Innovate on community campaigns & activation events
