Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to develop and execute creative and engaging visual content, including videos, promotional images, and other digital assets for social media platforms (Discord, Telegram, Reddit, X etc.)
Maintain a consistent brand identity and visual language across all marketing materials and social media channels
Develop communications plans around major announcements like token launches, airdrops, product releases, partnership
Collaborate with development teams to optimize UX and UI of web3 products and services
Organize and manage campaigns, contests, hackathons and other community-driven initiatives
Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in graphic design and social media marketing to ensure our content remains engaging and relevant
Track and analyze marketing analytics related to web3 adoption, engagement, conversions etc
Provide creative input and feedback on marketing campaigns and strategies
Continuously improve the design process by gathering and implementing feedback from the community
